Top ten million plus reasons why not to die in Collin County Texas

I want to say hi and start on my list of my top ten million reasons why you should not die in Collin County Texas at any time. The first and most compelling one of course has to be the incumbent very bad Texas good ol' boys who are so good at what they do and how they keep doing it no matter what.

I guess the best way to describe what happens in our Collin County Court system is analagous to a slot machine. Some of our dearest lawyers provide the coins to give our longest serving judges to feed the machines that cash out for the lawyers, with the spill overs going to the judges, accountants, friendliest banks, sons, cousins, wives and whoever else needs the money that long dead people intended for their spouses, children and heirs.

Don't get lost by the difference that a slot machine is usually termed a "one armed bandit" while the Collin County Courts are many hands out many arms grabbing whatever can be got while chopping off the head of Lady Justice, after of course, selling her arms and legs, clothes and garb to the "nicest" political contributors to whichever judge likes the best.

Although very similar to the slot machines, organized gambling, and all that sort of thing, our lawyers and judges are so much more open about being so blatantly rigged in favor of the House, which of course, the bank accounts, pockets, real estate and other goodies all part of being a close friend or relative to a judge. It's what they do, what they have done, and what they will continue to do unless each of us exercises our very informed right to vote, asks each incumbent who his friends are, who his wife or her husband contributed to and of course, the most pivotal of all, which law firm doing what County business unobstructed gets the juiciest appointments while our Collin County DA does nothing to challenge any law frim supporting his incumbent son, no matter what federal law is broken, no matter what crimes are committed under color of law, no matter who loses which millions.

Poor Lady Liberty, tragic Lady Justice, that each meets her death anew, each day that the Courts open for business as usual forcing defendant and plaintiff alike to surrender their souls at the Court house doors, then ordered to say thank you to the Officers of the Court who force each to do so with each one's life blood, measured of course in what is so politely described as "excess awards in excess of statute".

I would love to hear from anyone who is interested in restoring rule of law and helping our Collin County Court learn about the U.S. Constitution whose principles and tenants, rights and rule of law would do so much to end the current divine right of kings amidst our favourite incumbents. Let me know, for this country was founded to oppose tyranny and oppression, perhaps now we can reconcile our founding fathers' highest hopes to what is bastardized daily right here, just a litlle north of Allen, in McKinney Texas, our county seat. If you have any stories, any additional reasons why not to die here in Collin County Texas, what you have experienced in these Courts before any of these judges and their colleagues, let me know.
